Do you work with families?

Yes!  We are so committed to raising a healthy next generation that our doctors include a no charge infant treatments for the entire first year of life while mom or dad is an active patient.  In addition, to encourage family wellness, we offer pediatric pricing for children who have not yet reached puberty.

What kinds of results can I expect and how quickly will they happen?

There is no one size fits all in health.  How soon you might see improvement with a health issue or simply feel better in general is up to you and your body.

We will have your goal in the forefront and are committed to getting you results as quickly as possible.  We will also be mindful of  “fix for the long term,” which means you may need to be patient with your body as it works to reassert its balance and heal.

Am I under contract for care?

At IHP, your care is as you need and want it. We don’t lock our patients into lengthy contracts.

Where are you located and is there parking available?

We are located in Webster Groves, Missouri – just about a hop, skip and jump from anywhere in St. Louis. Our address is 49 N. Gore, 63119. When you arrive, you have choices in parking – on the street or in our lot. The best part? It’s all free! Click here for a map of our location.

Can you work with my primary doctor or other specialists?

We welcome the opportunity to collaborate with your primary or other physicians to support your overall health. The modalities we practice typically complement the care you receive from other providers quite well.

Can I call you when I have questions?

Absolutely. We are hands-on providers – both literally and figuratively. We believe in providing full-service to our patients, which includes being available for questions as much as possible during hours and after hours as well. There’s no extra charge for these conversations as these are included as part of your care. We’re truly committed to you having the best results possible – that’s why we consider ourselves your partners in health.

Do you accept insurance?

We have chosen not to accept insurance in our practice.  Unfortunately, insurance partnerships dictate your care and are currently not in alignment with the level of care that we are committed to.   At Innovative Health Partners, you will receive the highest quality of care possible.

We are happy to give you billing statements so you can submit the necessary paperwork to your insurance carrier in order to receive reimbursement for your care.

How much do treatments cost?

Because care is provided on an individualized basis, we aren’t able to give ballpark costs here. We can provide a rough estimate of your treatment costs after your consultation with the doctor.  We take great care in pricing our services to be appropriate to the level of physician specialty and stay accessible to the clients we serve.

Do you offer supplements?

We’re pleased to provide physician grade (also known as pharmaceutical grade) supplements in our office, which is also open to the public. What makes our supplements different are the rigorous standards each must meet in terms of efficacy and potency – the same standards that pharmaceutical medications must meet. This is important because the better the supplement, the better your body is able to utilize the supplement properties to bring your body back to and keep it in a healthier state. To be certain we are offering the highest quality physician grade supplements, we have personally researched and vetted each one in our store.

Do you offer educational seminars or classes?

We do offer educational opportunities to our patients and you can see what is coming up next on our events calendar. We firmly believe that an educated, informed patient is an empowered patient! We’re also available to speak to groups outside our office as well. Please contact us for more information.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, checks and credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, and American Express).

How often will I need to see you?

We won’t be able to tell you how often you’ll need to visit until we discuss your health needs. Some of our patients start by seeing us weekly and others we may monitor at a monthly interval right from the beginning. It truly depends upon what you need and how serious your health challenges might be currently.

We do understand that you have a busy life and strive to maximize and optimize your time with us without compromising on the quality of care.
