Did you feel that cool breeze? As the weather temperatures drop, our bodies seem to crave all things autumn. This includes pumpkin flavored….. everything! Starbucks has capitalized on autumn with their pumpkin spice latte drink. It is delicious, however a grande is almost 400 calories and 50 grams of sugar. You body much prefers getting those calories from foods that are rich in nutrients!!!
